This website presents Obra, construction management software made by Lumen Advisory & Technologies, part of Takumi Holding VBA, in Oranjestad, Aruba. In this policy, “we” means Lumen Advisory & Technologies. It explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask of us.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, the demo window on it, and the demo request form.
Once a company uses Obra, the records it keeps in the product are covered by that company's agreement with us, not by this page.
What we collect
We collect only what is listed here.
- When you send the demo request form: your name, your company, your email or WhatsApp number, how many jobs you run, and the language you want for the demo. Nothing is sent until you press Request a demo.
- When you visit: our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, your browser, the page, and the time. These records keep the site running and secure.
- Your light or dark choice: your browser remembers it on your device. It is never sent to us.
What we do not collect
The demo window runs in your browser with example data. Nothing you click or type in it is sent anywhere.
This site uses no advertising, no tracking cookies, and no analytics. Its fonts are served from this site, so no font service sees your visit.
How we use it
We use your demo request to contact you, set a time, and run the demo in the language you chose. We use the technical records to keep the site working and to stop abuse.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run this site for us, and only as far as they need it. Our hosting provider is Vercel. The service that receives the form passes your request to us.
We also share information when the law requires it.
Where it is kept
Our service providers may store information outside Aruba, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep a demo request while we follow up with you. If you do not become a customer, we delete it within 12 months.
Our hosting provider keeps its technical records for a short time, under its own policy.
What you can ask of us
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. We answer within 30 days.

Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
