These terms cover your use of this website and the demo on it. The website is run by Lumen Advisory & Technologies, part of Takumi Holding VBA, in Oranjestad, Aruba, called “we” in these terms. By using the site, you agree to them.
The product is a separate agreement
A company that subscribes to Obra does so under a written agreement with us. That agreement, not these terms, covers the product and the records kept in it.
The demo
The demo window on this site runs in your browser with example data. The people, companies, projects, and amounts in it are invented. It is there so you can see how the product works.
The live demo link opens the product on a demo database. Do not enter real or sensitive information there. Its data can be reset at any time.
Features listed under What comes next are not built yet. We describe them so you know our plans, not as a promise of a date.
Using the site
Use the site for its purpose: to learn about the product and to ask for a demo. Do not:
- Disrupt the site, overload it, or try to get around its security.
- Test the security of the site or the demo without our written permission.
- Copy the site with automated tools at scale.
- Send false, abusive, or unwanted messages through the form.
Our content
The Obra name and mark, the design of this site and the product, the text, and the software belong to Lumen Advisory & Technologies or to those who license them to us.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, resell, or reuse its content or design without our written permission.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. Information on it can change. We do not promise that it is free of errors or always available.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this site or its demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Law and courts
The laws of Aruba govern these terms. The courts of Aruba hear any dispute about them.
