The questions contractors ask first.

Signal on site, app stores, languages and currencies, what the client sees, accounting software, and where the data lives.

Common questions.

Short answers from the people who built it. If your question is not here, ask it on the demo call and a person answers.

Ask a person

A ten minute walk through the real product, in English or Spanish.

Does it work without a signal?

Yes. Pages you have opened stay readable for up to seven days. Entries you make offline wait in an outbox and send in order when the connection returns. The top bar always shows if you are online.

Do we need to download an app?

No. It installs to the home screen from the browser, with no app store download. It works on the phone you already carry.

Which languages and currencies does it support?

English and Spanish on every screen, email, notification, and PDF. Currencies are AWG, USD, and EUR, shown in each reader’s number format.

What can our client see?

Only their own projects. Progress, official RFI answers, and the drawings you mark for the client. They never see the internal discussion or the prices.

Does it replace our accounting software?

No. It tracks purchase orders, deliveries, supplier invoices, and payment status. It does not try to be accounting software. Accounting integrations are on the list and are not built yet.

Where is our data?

Each company runs on its own deployment and its own database, with managed backups. Files are stored in cloud storage and opened through secure links that expire.

Walk through the real product.

The demo is the real product on a demo database. Six roles, each with a real sign in and that role’s permissions. Tell us about your company and we will walk you through it in about ten minutes.
